I cannot recommend Dipin highly enough. As an NRI based in California who recently purchased a property in Bangalore, the home loan process felt overwhelming from the start. Initially, the builder connected me with an SBI agent, and what followed was a frustrating ordeal. I spent close to $400 just getting documents in order, only for that agent to ghost us. He had very little information to share, left us in the dark about whether the loan would even go through, and the entire experience left me exhausted (made even harder by the fact that I was heavily pregnant at the time). That is when I started researching on my own and came across Dipin. From the very first email I sent asking about NRI loan options, he was responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful. Getting a home loan from the US without being able to fly to India is a completely different ballgame and far more complicated than people realize but Dipin walked me through every step patiently.
